Take a Look in the Mirror

Good morning all,
I finished two zipper projects this week and today's post is about the mirror. I know I'm not the best photographer, but mirrors are hard to shoot! You are either taking a photo of yourself taking the photo or capturing all the stuff reflecting in the mirror! Anyway, I hope I did it justice. Booze Box Bird House

Good morning all,
Thanks to everyone who stopped yesterday for our T-shirt event. Next month a brand new vendor will be showcasing her designs. So mark your calendars for April 12th!
A sister gave me this box a number of years ago (I'm not sure how she acquired it as she does not drink, anyway,) and always thought I could do something with it. I've been noticing on my daily walks the birds becoming very active. A true sign of Spring! All the singing reminded me of the box and how it would make a terrific high rise for a young family. This cute bird house and more are now again available at the studio. Happy, happy week!

Rope Jars

Good morning all,
Today's post is about recycling old jars and containers. Every time I finish a bottle of just about anything, I want to keep it. Of course my husband won't let me (thankfully), but I do manage to sneak in a few. Here are three examples of what can be done. Don't feel like it? No worries, they are for sale in the store. Zippers All Around

Good morning all,
Two weeks ago I had a customer show me a couple cases she just loves. They were one continuos zipper sewn into a bag. I thought I would give it a whirl and in the photo you see the results of my efforts. It was not easy to assemble and I'm not sure I am totally pleased with the final product or if I will carry them in the store. Nonetheless, here it is! Happy, happy week!!!

Is That a Rug?

Good morning all,
When I first started making purses under the Greenpurse label, I was making them out of everything I could find I didn't use or was in disrepair? One of my favorites, is the one pictured here. (I used mine so much I wore it out!) As tempted as I am to snatch it up for myself, it is for sale in the studio. Interior pocket, zipper closure with a belt handle and just $32! Lots of thing happening at Zippy's with new arrivals weekly, so stay tuned and happy, happy week!

Our once monthly events have been transformed into Second Saturday Sales. The difference is the artist or vendor may or may not be present, but there will be a special or sale on their products for that day. So...
