As busy as we have been over the last few months, I still manage to keep Saturday's as what I refer to as my "goof off day". About five years ago I made a quilt using wool scraps. It turned out really cool and I have always wanted to make another. Not having a lot of time to commit to such an undertaking, I decided to scale it down and make a scarf. I was very tempted to keep it for myself, but resisted. Very fashionable and super warm, only $40. Our winter gear is flying off the shelf, and today I hope to get at least a few mittens done.
