Cooking Together


When planning and preparing food I try to conserve. For example, if I'm buying a green pepper for a recipe but only need 1/2 cup, I find another dish that uses green pepper so I can use the whole vegetable. I also utilize the source for cooking my meals. Yesterday I had the oven on for baked beans, so I cooked bacon and chicken in the oven as well. You will find you throw less food away and you save on energy as well. (in the winter it also makes your kitchen nice and toasty) It takes a little more time to plan and prepare but is worth the extra effort. Let me know what you think! Happy, happy week!
